Easter morning!

Easter for Amorie consists of:

Eating the candy out of her Easter eggs,

dancing in the bubbles,

and picking her nose.

I'm so proud.

Some practice.

So I've decided to start putting photos on my old photo blog. There are too many weirdos on flickr. So, go look here if you want to see some. I'm not sure how often I will be posting, but I am going to try to get some more practice in on the camera and photoshop so...

She might not make it to 3.

So Amorie got this gorgeous tutu for Christmas, but this is the first time that I got it down and put it on her. I figured what the heck. I'll take her outside for a quick photo shoot. It's been a while, but she can't have been that bad of a subject right? I mean the screaming and hair pulling and rocking in the corner must have been a figment of my imagination...

Kind of sweet right? Well it's one of 97.

The rest are like this one. "Smile Amorie." "No way crazy lady. Not gonna happen."

"I'm not even gonna look at you. I'll just look right past you. Bwa ha ha ha." (Even her Bwa ha ha ha's have a glare to them.) (She gets it from Farr. I am sweetness and light.)

Seriously. 97 of this face. Actually I got my revenge. Right now she has her nose in the corner and is kicking the wall. How did it come about you ask? Well it went a little something like this: "Amorie, time to pick up your necklaces." "No." "Come on. I'll take them away if you don't pick them up." "No." "Fine." I put them up on the counter in her room and then went to the bathroom. She came skipping in wearing the necklaces and said "Ha. Ha. Ha."

But then there is this. She obviously liked the tutu because she was swiveling her hips when I said "Fine you win." Punk.

Holidays.

We went to Salt Lake to celebrate Christmas this year. It is bloody cold there. I'm not sure how I survived anywhere but Phoenix.

Amorie at the temple.

Took us about 50 times before I got one of Amorie looking at the camera. Probably should have bribed her now that I think about it.

Farr has this old train set from when he was a kid. It's still in really good condition, and they spent a lot of time looking and playing with it. "Yook mom. It's a train." Yup. It is.

Christmas morning was really cool because she got it this year. Don't worry kid. You can rip and shred and destroy this one day of the year without fear of beatings. Just today though. Oh and August 18th.

The Holidays. Continued.

This was the snowman that we made. Amorie had a lot of fun helping me. Really just standing on the chair next to while I made it, but she did form some sort of attachment to it. She walked around my mom's house asking where Snowman was.

She didn't totally get what was going to happen to him until it was too late.

"No. I don't want to do this. He's my friend. You should all be ashamed of yourselves."

Until the candy started coming out.

"Snowman who?"

Halloween!

I'm just going to say it. She is the cutest bunny. I may dress her up as a bunny everyday. That's not weird is it?

Happy Birthday Punk.

Our little punk is 2 years old now. We had a fun day pretending like that is a good thing. We went to Peter piper pizza for lunch, where she spent 20 tokens riding around on a three horse carousel. She had fun. We had a bright green cake and opened up the loot. Then we went to the park theoretically to take pictures, but in actuality to chase her around for half an hour. It took Farr two breathes to blow out these candles. Maybe he should lay off the ciggys.

She totally cleaned up this year.

And this is what this punk did when I tried to take a nice birthday picture.

Ahh. My 2 year old.

A new friend. Sort of.

At first she was all smiles to meet "Red". But then...

4 years. Crazy.

4 years, 4 months, and 11 days ago Farr asked me to marry him, and I said yes. It was the easiest decision I have ever made.  I've never happier than when I'm with you.  It may not be long, but I've loved every (well...almost every) minute of our 4 years!  Stick with me dude, and we'll make it.
